Looking for investor to develop a granite quarry

Dear Sirs,

My friend is looking for a partner to develop a Granite (http://tanbrown.org) quarry since early 1990s. The Granite (http://tanbrown.org) deposit is located in the Vinnytsya region at the center of Ukraine. The color pattern of the Stone (http://g603.net) is black with small green grains. The estimated reserves of the deposit is about 2 million m3, the rate of rough blocks is more 20%. Due to lack of funds the quarry has not been started yet.
